Welcome to the Tanglewood Residents Association website! Tanglewood is a wonderful family-oriented residential neighborhood community consisting of 527 homes located in the heart of St. Peters, Missouri.

As of 11/18/2022, the "Restated Declaration of Restrictions for Tanglewood and Bylaws of Tanglewood Residents Association II" are adopted and recorded with St. Charles County (Document No. 2022R-062145) and supersede the previous Indenture of Trust and Restrictions of Tanglewood.

Announcements
FY 2024 Assessments:
The FY2024 assessment is $110.00 and will be billed in December 2023. Assessments will be due Jan 1, 2024 and will not be delinquent until Feb 1, 2024. Any late payments will be subject to the revised interest and penalties as stated in the Restated Declaration.
Billing statements will be mailed by Sterling Management Solutions with an online payment option. Visit the FAQ page for more details on assessment payment options.
Barkwood Trails Project
Information regarding the redesign and reconstruction of Barkwood Trails through Tanglewood can be found via the City of St. Peters website:
New Accounting Provider
Effective August 1, 2022, the Association will no longer utilize City & Village Tax Office for accounting services and assessment collections.
The new provider is Sterling Management Solutions.
