Resident Requests

Please use this page to submit various resident requests for items requiring approval or need attention by the Association Board of Directors. The miscellaneous request may be used for any item requiring attention.

You may submit an Architectural Submission Request or a Miscellaneous Request by clicking the SUBMIT NEW REQUEST link below.

If this is a request for approval for items such as fences, decks, sheds, pools, solar panels, or other exterior modifications, you must complete the architectural request form below. You will then receive a link via email to the online application form. Be prepared to submit all supporting documents as part of the online application.

NOTE: Any change, addition, or modification to the exterior of your home or property requires an architectural application, and depending on the circumstance, may require approval or permits from the City of St. Peters. If you have any questions, or unsure as to whether to submit a request, please contact the Board.

View Ticket
To view the details of a Ticket, enter the email address used when the Ticket was created along with the Ticket number.

Retrieve Tickets
If you do not know your Ticket number, enter the email address used when the Ticket was created and an email will be sent with details on all Tickets that match that email address.
