Below you will find link(s) to available payments options. Credit/Debit card payments for non-assessments through the website are assessed a convenience fee of 2.9% of the payment amount plus 0.80 transaction fee. ACH bank transfers are not accepted. Payments are handled through PayItPrompt/Stripe (secure gateway site) and payment information is not stored or transacted on this site for security reasons.
Note: Card processing / convenience fees do not come back to the Association.
Assessment payments, violation payments, and lease registration payments are no longer accepted on this site. Those payments should be submitted via the Tanglewood PayHOA portal at www.payhoa.com using the login credentials for your property.
