Trustee Board
DIAs a homeowner in Tanglewood, you are automatically a member of the Tanglewood Residents Association ("Association"). Membership in the association is mandatory as a deed restricted community.
The Association elects members to three year terms at the Annual Meeting held in each year. The Directors, or Trustees, serve without compensation, as do other members of various committees who assist with the management of our Tanglewood community. All homeowners are encouraged to volunteer and to contribute to the activities that make Tanglewood one of St. Peters' most desirable neighborhoods. The Association is very active within the community and serves as a model association for other HOA's in the area.
You may contact the Association via email at trustees@tanglewoodstp.com or via the "Contact Us" form. You may also contact us by phone at 636-936-1169. For assessment billing inquiries, please call 314-287-0541.

Additionally, a portion is set aside to fund reserves for capital expenditures, such as the entrance monuments, large tree maintenance, and other large scale projects such as erosion and flooding mitigation on common ground areas.
