We're Moving to PayHOA!
Beginning November 2025, our Association will begin using PayHOA, an all-in-one online management platform that replaces Sterling Management Solutions. Starting with the 2026 Annual Assessments, all billing, payments, and homeowner communications will come directly from Tanglewood Residents Association through the new PayHOA system.
Why We’re Making the Change
PayHOA allows the Board to manage all HOA operations directly, giving residents:
- More transparency – See your full account history anytime including balances and payments.
- Faster communication – Receive announcements, notices, and updates by email, text, or voicemail.
- Simple online payments – Pay assessments, set up autopay, or make one-time payments by eCheck or card.
- Real-time records – Access architectural requests, community documents, and messages securely in one place.
This transition puts full control of our financials and homeowner data back under the Association, streamlining operations and saving on management costs and delays.
What You’ll Need To Do
- Register Your PayHOA Account
In early November, you’ll receive an email invitation (or a letter with a link and QR code) to create your PayHOA login.
Visit www.tanglewoodstp.com/payhoa to initiate your registration. (Past due balances or account credits are still being updated and will be corrected prior to the first assessment billing.) - Update Your Profile
Once logged in, confirm your contact info, mailing address, and payment preferences. - Choose How You Want to Pay
ACH / eCheck ($2.45 processing fee)
Credit or debit card (standard processing fee of 3.5% + .50)
Mail a physical check to our new banking institution lockbox and payment will be auto applied.
(Fees are not charged by, nor collected by the HOA) - Watch for Your Intro Letter and 2026 Assessment Invoice
Assessment billing will now come directly from the PayHOA portal, not Sterling Management Solutions.
Important Dates
- Early November 2025: PayHOA registration opens for all owners
- January 1, 2026: All assessment billing and payments managed through PayHOA
